Location: CrossFit Meilen, Meilen, Switzerland
On the weekend of the 30th September, we will put our physical and mental fitness to a test. 24 workouts and activities, 24 hours, non-stop. No sleep. All to raise funds for transforming an impoverished area of 6,000 people in Malawi into a self-sustaining community.
Be prepared for the unknown! We will have many different workouts and activities – detailed program to follow. Anyone can participate: you can join one WOD, or the 24. There will always be a scaling option to fit your level and we will have WODs where non-CrossFitters can join too.
Participating athletes will be asked to look for sponsors and we are looking for helpers during the event (for example with food or transportation).
